What I hate most about these stats is that D/FW not only has the three most congested roadways, but it also has the most aggressive rail policies of any city in the Southern US (LA not being considered "South"). That means that for all the light rail they've built, it's not helping to relieve congestion
And the top three cause SIGNIFICANTLY more delay than the most congested arteries in Houston... 100,000 delay hours more.
As the metros are of similar size, what's being done in Houston that's not being done up in D/FW?
