Forever New Orleans pt. 3...Marigny and Downtown

The Marigny is one of the gorgeous old school suburbs of New Orleans... such great colors, structures, and a really laid back feel.

I love the shotguns in this neighborhood... so well kept!! I could live in something like this easy.

Great little internet cafe... and wouldn't you know it I was on SSP and HAIF!!

I also caught the St. Charles streetcar to get over to the Garden District, which took me through downtown...

I know I know... but can we REALLY ever get enough of Canal Street??!

Heading over to the Garden District...

Nice to see some "young" art and architecture in this town

The Loyola Chapel

Well, that's really it. But you can't end a New Orleans series without a slow (fuzzy) fade into the night.

C-y'all

Thanks for all these. NO has charm and character. Noticeable density.

Great shots! I've never seen the Marigny part of town before. Interesting neighborhood.
