Yep, it's racist against those "in power," because being in power is such a difficult place to be.

The avatar was about recognizing minorities.

Look at you, you poor victim. All the minorities are coming after you.
They all must be racist against white people now.

Give me a break. Your mind is in a fantasy world.

^ oh i think texas would have a brisket or rib to pick with you there. and the carolinas as well.

but anyway be careful, its not necessarily the most popular item ordered, its the most disporportionately popular item ordered over the rest. for example, we were wondering on uo how pizza could even count in indiana any more than anywhere else, as obviously that is the number one order everywhere, but maybe its because of a lack of alternative options, thus making it proportionately stand out? or maybe it is a more crazy popular item there than anything else? or something like that. i dk. of course the whole thing could just as well be another silly bs list lol!

Maybe it has something to do with the Mormons' evangelism in the Pacific Islands?

Not surprised by Arizona and New Mexico's favorite cuisines, but Ohio's is...soup?

i thought ohio was goetta, or a certain varient of "chili" ...
then again SW Ohio is a different planet than NE Ohio.

There's Cincinnati chili and goetta, but the rest of Ohio refuses to touch that stuff or acknowledge their existence.

Uncultured swines. And I say that as someone who despises goetta

my girfriend is from kentucky and loves the stuff and we stock up on it. i doubt that ohioans would approve, but it's quietly a german-kentucky dish, too. i love the stuff.

not the favorite -- the most disproportionately ordered.

soup is a funny one though no matter what.

Depends what kind of soup. If it's turtle soup; it's definitely funnier than your run of the mill vegetable soup. I would be a bit upset if Ohioans ordered Cape Cod style clam chowder disproportionately.

But soup as a meal, what comes to mind is our Tonkinese Pho delights. Can't go wrong there. I never tire of the stuff.

How about ordering a side of toast with that Vietnamese soup. That would throw them.
