Grand Central Market in Downtown Los Angeles 2018.
Welcome to downtown LA's Grand Central Market. It's been a part of DTLA since 1917.
With the continuing downtown LA renaissance the 101 year old food arcade is being transformed into a major culinary destination. In recent years it has gained numerous media accolades including being named one of the "Hot 10" restaurants nationwide by Bon Appetit magazine in 2014.

I stopped by the Market on a chilly rainy January day back in 2017 (actually it was the day of the inauguration here in DC and I wanted to get the hell away from here so I went to the opposite side of the continent). I had a nice coffee at G&B Coffee. Seemed like a cool market!
Nice pictures! I happened upon the market when I was in LA in December. I had a couple beers at the Golden Road bar: they had a couple exclusive market beers on tap that I would never get in bottles or cans. I didn't realize it was a big restaurant site, otherwise I would've eaten there (but I had a French dip sandwich at P.E. Cole's, so I still had a good LA experience).
Next door to the market is La Cita, which apparently has some of the best margaritas in the basin. So there's a lot on that block. Incidentally, I was very impressed with the bar scene in Downtown Los Angeles, whether going on during the afternoon, or reading the scene and guessing what it would be like at night.
