Sacramento - Christmas in the Capital, Along the River

Part One - City of Trees

I was in Sacramento over the weekend for a Christmas party and decided to spend an hour checking out the Christmas decorations downtown. I snapped a few pictures and will add them to my post below.



























Back to our regular tour...











































I've become mildly obsessed with Sacramento's newest skyscraper.























































It's hard to believe there is a building in there!



Now I'm nostalgic for my old job at CalPERS.



The new CalPERS building, just starting to be built when I moved.





















And of course, old town.































These three ladies always want to be the center of attention.

Wow! Look at the progress they made in only two shots!! I would do almost anything to get into this building, the views of downtown are amazing.
