I think that last projection was for a September top out of the spire, so it makes sense we'd be at that height.

God, I wish this building was going to be complete by the time I visit in early Nov....

I'll be there very end of October. So excited! They were still building 432 Park when I was there last (for work, so no sightseeing beyond views out of the cars).

If we are lucky, Hyatt will decide to go REALLY tall to stand out above the crowd, even taller than the CPT. A megatall would be awesome!

Y'know... there are so many cities building "so many" supertalls... but only NYC can build such height as infill. NYC's supertall construction takes place within land already occupied, not land stolen.

Personally, the "poetic" skyline of cities like Shanghai, Wuhan, or Guangzhou that are being so artfully built are the antithesis of a true urban center.

While I am a desperate for politicians to get their s*** in order between NJ and NY.... well that was that point...

Either way, Manhattan is developing as no other city but itself can...

Once I arrive on November 2nd this fall, there will be a treasure awaiting me!
