Certainly not the prettiest place, but the best shrimp in the world come from the waters off Tybee Island. High concentration of white shrimp for much of the year - very sweet and succulent, and large.

I can certainly attest to that, they're delicious. I used to vacation here when I was a very small child. My great aunt moved to Savannah and then to Tybee. It seems a lot has changed there, but still gorgeous. Thanks!

Great shots man. You have captured the essence of Tybee. Oh Tybee Island.... You have to love the accents of the residents of Tybee. It is like you stepped back in time. It is a good day excursion from Savannah.
