Boy oh boy, Boston during May is hard to beat, especially on a bright, sunny day.
I lived here for 10 years, have now been in NYC for six months, and through such exhaustive research I can conclusively conclude that Boston is much prettier and easier to photograph than NY, even though I prefer the cosmopolitan bustle of my current home. And this was the first time going back where I actually kind of missed the place... guess it takes about six months for that feeling to settle in?
Anyway I was back working a side job for Mothers Day weekend where I get to drive all over the place. Let's start downtown with the very first shot I took, showing off the big new star in town:
Last shot... does it get much more Bawstin?

I meant to say this on ArchBos: this is my favorite of all your recent sets. You can see just how much Millennium will dominate the skyline from across the Charles.
I never noticed this when I lived there, but is there no law requiring motorists to 'curb' their wheels when parking on a hill? In San Francisco, every one of those cars but one would get a ticket.

I lived on a hilly Brighton street for five years, and I never saw such a thing. It was one of those streets that was so hilly they didn't street clean it because rain storms would do the job for them. Between that and the lack of residential permits, it made it virtually impossible to get a ticket on my street which I took for granted at the time but now realize was quite the luxury

Spring is by far the best season in Boston, the grass greens up, the buds burst with color. Just makes one realize they survived another long New England winter.

I know Boston is stingy on parking BS requirements, but looks like SF wins in this competition.
