Brilliant! I was wondering when you'd post another thread. Thanks for that.

Fantastic pictures from Ottawa! Thanks for sharing, Aaron!

I´d enjoyed watching your Fall shots. Beautiful colours. Ottawa and Hull are very pretty, above all by Fall.

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain!

cabasse: I've often thought the same thing about Ottawa, with all the plazas and spires and midrises

harls: I thought that was my picture at first, I have one exactly like it.

Great set. Ottawa has one of my favorite natural setting of any North American city.

I'm surprised that this hasn't gotten more responses. Personally, I like the photo threads that showcase a location, rather than a thread like this, which also highlights life in the place. But, I know other like that kind of stuff more.

I know that you've hit up places like Mississippi Mills and Gatineau while living in Ottawa. Any more places on your list?

Great - interesting compare and contrast with the autumn colours and the colours of the buildings and the city. This is an intruiging facade.

Perth, Carleton Place, Smith's Falls, and Arnprior are nearby towns I'd like to photograph. But there's not a lot of interest in towns on here anymore.

That facade is strange, I don't know what the story is, but it's definitely a Quebec influence.

This is in Tin House Court in the Byward Market. It was the façade of an actual house that stood there. When the house was demolished they kept the metal façade because of its uniqueness.

The guy who owned the house was a blacksmith by the name of Honoré Foisy.
