Took a trip to Baltimore...

...and found just what I was looking for.

Last week I took a trip to Baltimore and D.C. I always enjoy D.C. but this was my first time to Baltimore and I was really impressed. Great scale, architecture, charm, and down to earth folks. So, here ya go:

one of the best bawlmer threads on here... a city that doesn't get much photo rep since jeremai returned to britain...

bmore is so incredibly rich in architecture and urban texture... love it.. .i'll have to take a weekend vacation there some time

and i love those benches! no need for modesty, baltimore!

Excellent set. Baltimore is the most underrated city in America IMO. What a fantastic place.

Baltimore reminded me of Philly, but cleaner, more laid back, and a bit more friendly. Nice photos, thanks for sharing.

Great pictures. I see that you visited Fells Point, my favorite neighborhood that I've visited in Baltimore so far. I also see that you visited Mount Vernon, which is a neighborhood I really want to see.

It was caught in a large water tank at the bottom for final cooling and to cushion the landing and preserve the spherical shape. Until the Washington Monument was completed at the end of the Civil War, this was the tallest building in the United States. It was designated a National Historic Monument in 1972

I've driven through Baltimore a few times on the way to D.C., but never got out to look around. Thanks to your pics I think next time I will. Good stuff.

Those charming cobblestone street pictures easily look like a neighborhood in London.

Baltimore has some impressive architecture. Thanks for the photos Omaharocks.
