I think you could easily come up with 40-50 of these for New York. Basically any suburban downtown with a busy rail station will have a sizable town center with some multifamily, shopping and some regional business functions, and probably a few midrises/highrises. All will have apartment clusters near the station.

I mean, Westchester County alone, you could do White Plains, Yonkers (multiple nodes near stations), Port Chester, Mount Vernon (East and West), New Rochelle, Hartsdale, Mamaroneck, Peekskill and Ossining. And I'm not even counting the fancy type suburban downtowns (the Rye/Bronxville/Hastings/Irvington type places).

I was thinking East Norwalk, CT, around the Metro North, but you could be right. It could definitely be something in North Jersey.

Lol, I was nearly sure that brown river was the lower Hudson (also, there's plenty of rowhouses visible in that pic that are NYCesque/Albanyesque in style), and I even went and explored both shores on Google Sat, but stopped my search when I hit a patch that looked so suburban (Riverside/Hudson Hill on NY side and totally empty woods on NJ side) that I figured nothing that dense could possibly lie north of it!

Yep, Riverdale is wealthy and zoned low density, and the Palisades, in Jersey, is empty (a State Park). But all these areas are surrounded by high density.

I'm going to post this to help Swede boost his guessing numbers...

I figure it might be too easy, but that's still better than nothing I suppose

We could probably start going outside North America, but only after Cirrus has gone through stuff as it would be more one off. I have some ideas.

I'd say, you can go for it, Cirrus said his #41-#50 round was the last he had prepared for the time being and that material was getting more scarce. The only one left in that bunch is #44, right? I was sure #49 was southern based on layout and architecture, I even checked all the Charlotte secondary nodes to no avail, then gave up (for some reason, I didn't remember Atlanta existed at that moment) ...

There's also #51 that hasn't been guessed yet.

I have another round queued up, but we're still waiting on #44.

Not that I'm the only person allowed to post pictures. Someone else can if they want.
