Sabotai does the PNW: PORTLAND

Here's the second city in my Pacific Northwest tour. Portland was such a great city to visit, with it's walkable neighborhoods and good public transit. Unfortunately, we only had 2 days in the city, so I didn't get enough time to explore as I would have liked. Portland certainly has its charm and people there seem to be some of the nicest I've ever interacted with. I'll definitely be back at some point.

While the front facing garages are less than ideal, these town homes look rather attractive.

awesome work man. Though I'm a little depressed that it takes you only 2 days to put together as many quality shots as I can get in a year or more.

Glad we got to meet up while you were in town, even if it was only for an hour or two.

The unique feel of Portland is deftly captured here, especially in the brooding weather.

taking photos on vacation is different then business as usual. last time i went to nola i took about 500 pictures in 3 days but in houston that would take months for me to do in my spare time.

Thanks guys! I wasn't planning on doing a part 2 thread, but I'll post more on the second page if this thread makes it there... hint hint

This is definitely true. I've only taken like 30 pictures since I got back to NYC a week and a half ago.

Excellent collection -- you caught some really great night shots, and captured my neighborhood too! (Burnside / NW 21st area). Glad you had a good time despite the weather -- looking forward to the sequel! Thanks for sharing your talent with PTown.

solid sabotai stumptown. word up. you covered a decent amount of ground for two days' worth of shooting, looks like. in those morning(?) rain/fog shots along hawthorne, i almost expected to see myself in a cameo.
